Ronnie finds real purpose in helping people—especially when no one else can. Whether it’s fixing something others can’t or simply making someone’s day a little better, that’s what drives him. Outside of work, he’s an avid gardener, growing all kinds of vegetables and plants both at home and at the office. He also enjoys playing pickleball, visiting casinos, and hiking with his wife. Family means everything to Ronnie, especially during holiday gatherings at Christmas and Thanksgiving. His guiding principle is simple and sincere: “Don’t hurt people, animals, or plants.”

Ashley thrives on connecting with the community and proudly sharing Ronnie’s mission with others. A big fan of live music, she loves going to concerts—whether it’s heavy metal or country, she’s there for the energy and the experience. When she’s not working, Ashley enjoys exploring local restaurants and breweries with her fiancé and taking their kids to community events. Summer vacations are a favorite family tradition, especially trips to the beach, amusement parks, or camping under the stars. Ashley lives by the values of hard work, perseverance, positivity, and always striving to grow into the best version of herself.

Justin thrives in the family environment at Ronnie's, where teamwork and connection are at the heart of everything. A passionate artist, he enjoys creating and spending quality time with his son, whether they're working on art projects or staying active through sports. For Justin, keeping the family business running strong is more than a job—it's a tradition. He lives by the motto: "The only limits you have are the limits you believe."

Nick enjoys his role at Ronnie’s because it gives him the chance to help both customers and coworkers solve problems and find solutions. At home, he has a surprising passion—he keeps nearly 20 freshwater aquariums and loves aquascaping new tanks. When he’s not working, Nick enjoys bowling, relaxing with his family, and getting everyone together for games and competitions during the holidays. His life advice is as straightforward as it is impactful: “A little bit of give a shit goes a long, long way.”

Keith enjoys the variety that each day brings at Ronnie’s, along with the strong family vibe that makes the work feel meaningful. Though he might come across as tough, those who know him well say he’s a big softy at heart. When he's not working, you’ll find Keith relaxing with family or staying busy with one of his many projects. He’s recently gotten back into fishing and is looking forward to camping trips that have been long overdue. Keith lives by a simple but solid philosophy: “Always be truthful, and learn all you can about anything you take on.”
Stephanie Nettles

Stephanie loves the strong communication and family-like bond she shares with the team at Ronnie's. At home, she’s all about togetherness, she and her husband Keith have built a beautiful life over 35 years, raising six children and welcoming five grandbabies into the family. Stephanie enjoys nothing more than spending time with loved ones, especially during cookouts, holidays, and special occasions filled with great food and laughter. A creative at heart, she finds joy in painting, crafting, and, of course, spoiling her grandbabies. She lives by the simple yet powerful advice: "Be honest always and live life to the fullest."

For Danielle, the best part of working at Ronnie’s is building genuine relationships with customers—especially the ones who keep coming back. Outside of work, she’s a dedicated mom and nursing student who cherishes every moment with her kids and family. Fun fact: many of her family members also work for the company, making Ronnie’s feel even more like home. Danielle also enjoys doing hair and finds joy in helping others whenever she can. Her guiding principle is simple: "Always help those that need it."

Eric loves that no two days at Ronnie’s are the same—and he enjoys every moment working alongside such a great team. Outside of work, he’s all about spending quality time with his fiancée, whether they’re hiking, gaming, or going on new adventures together. Eric’s a big believer in the power of kindness and patience, and he treats everyone like family—whether they’re related or not.
Hayden Cannell

Hayden enjoys the variety his role at Ronnie’s brings—there’s always something different to tackle, and he especially enjoys teaming up with other techs on the job. Outside of work, Hayden’s all about the outdoors and hobbies that keep him active and engaged, like fishing, kayaking, gardening, and boardsports. A fun fact? He has nine fish tanks! One of his favorite family traditions is game night, where everyone comes together to relax and have fun. Hayden lives by a simple but powerful rule: “Treat others how you want to be treated.”
Jack Nettles

For Jack, working at Ronnie’s is all about the family atmosphere and the chance to make a real difference. He finds deep meaning in helping people in need and loves seeing the smiles when a job is complete. While many know Jack as a hands-on handyman, they might be surprised to learn he’s also studying Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) and has a passion for the technical and design side of the trade. Outside of work, Jack enjoys staying active through hiking, camping, and working out. His favorite family tradition is the Saturday cookouts—good food, great company, and time spent with the people who matter most. Jack lives by his dad’s advice: “Give your best effort, even on your hardest days,” a reminder that every challenge is an opportunity to make a positive impact.
